Pride Health and Social Care is a Complex Care organisation set up by a Doctor (GP) and a Clinical Nurse Manager,specialising in providing highly personalised, client-centred care in the community. Our experienced and stable teams of committed carers are at the heart of what we do, and are supported by our senior management team to meet our clients’ evolving needs. We have high standards of clinical, and operational, governance and are registered with the Care Quality Commission (England) and the Care Inspectorate Wales (Wales).

We have particular expertise in long-term physical health conditions, acquired brain injury, mental health, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Forensic-specific risk and palliative care. Our collective experience in complex physical and mental health care means that we can work with clients who have very complex needs, in their own homes.
